ABOUT MLBB LAB

The numbers behind your next match.

MLBB Lab, also known as MLBBLab, is independent Mobile Legends: Bang Bang analysis at mlbblab.xyz. Malaysia is our first regional focus: recorded MPL results, playoff routes and player hero pools for fans, players and teams.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by MOONTON or MPL. Every view starts with the available records and makes its sample and assumptions visible.

How the numbers work

Methods and limits of MLBB Lab public analytics
MeasureMethod and limits
Recorded samplesPublic fixtures and observed map appearances define each sample. Check the included games and actual retained capture date in each tool: a capture is a dated snapshot, not a promise of live updates or full-season coverage.
Win rateWins divided by maps with a known result. Maps with an unknown winner are excluded from that denominator; a missing result never becomes a loss. Player games count map appearances, not series.
K/D/A and KDAK/D/A averages and KDA use the same cohort of maps with all three metrics present. KDA = (total kills + total assists) ÷ total deaths. Missing metrics or a KDA with zero total deaths show a dash (—). This sample can be smaller than the recorded hero-pick sample.
Playoff estimatesOpponent-adjusted season strength and head-to-head results from recorded public matches inform simulations of remaining games. Percentages are estimates, distinct from mathematically guaranteed routes supported by legal fixture completions. MY S18 provisionally ranks series wins then game difference, with unresolved ties shared; the detailed tiebreak rules remain unconfirmed.
Separate cutoffsStandings and player statistics retain separate capture dates and may update at different times. Compare those dates before combining a current table with a player sample. Hypothetical scores change scenarios, never the recorded results or fitted team strength.
Reviewed identitiesPlayer histories join across teams and seasons only through reviewed identity links to observed appearances. A roster listing does not prove a played map. Unreviewed identities stay separate; private team scrims are excluded from public statistics and playoff forecasts.
